Mountain Thunder Estate Organic Extra Fancy Grade
Puerto Rico Adjuntas A classic Island coffee, very much like Yauco Selecto or Jamaica Bluc Mountain. Adjuntas is located in the Central Mountain Range just northwest of Yauco. An extremely smooth softly bittersweet nutty, buttery cup with chocolate overtones.
Ohana Blend
Ohana, Hawaiian for Family. Our signature blend is a family of premium beans from the major coffee growing regions of Africa, Indonesia, Central & South America. Each of the six blend elements is individually roasted then post roast blended to create a deep yet pleasingly bright dynamic, smooth and creamy balanced chocolaty complex fruity cup with a touch of citrus and floral highlights. Ohana sings great as a straight shot with a moderate attack giving way to a rich velvety mouth feel and delightful acidic dance, excellent with micro-foamed milk too! Not your average espresso blend and great not just for espresso. We pull our shots nekkid doubles slightly over dosed (~18.5gr) medium hot (~202.5f) 2.75oz including crema in 27 second target.
Ethiopia Idido Misty Valley Organic Dry Processed
A phenomenal Dry Processed Ethiopia with remarkable clarity. Dark chocolate, sweet tropical fruit candy, dried strawberries and laced with citrus floral notes ala Yirgacheffe.
A classic bright Wet Processed Ethiopia with remarkable clarity. Jasmine and honeysuckle floral aromatics, vivid citrus notes of lime and kumquat in the cup, dashes of cardamom and nutmeg spice and a fantastic aftertaste.
Kenya Kirinyaga ~ Thimu Peaberry
This is not an over the top slap you in the face overly bright Kenya but rather a darker toned Kenya with blackberry wine like notes, black walnut body and pungent spiciness.
El Salvador Pulp Natural ~ San Emilio
Traditional 100% Bourbon cultivar pulp natural processed. Unique for Central beans! Nicely balanced medium bodied cup with chocolate, peach and red apple fruit notes.
Guatemala San Jose Ocana
Classic super high grown Guatemala. Medium bodied unique balance of chocolate, toffee and raisin with a hint of clove, concord grape, berry and floral rose potpourri finish.
Colombia El Corazon
Classic smooth, rounded sweet cup with softly bright pleasing touch of plum, floral tea notes, black current, honey winey fruit.
Sulawesi Enrekang "Mount Alla"
A high altitude coffee from South Sulawesi grown on the slopes of Mount Alla. A traditional Sulawesi with earth tones, rustic chocolate, low acidity, dark caramel sweetness and dense body. It's a great deep-toned cup, without musty off notes.
Sumatra Lintong Special Prep Triple Pick
A classic full bodied Sumatra with great balance and depth. Good earthy hints, caramel, and bittersweet chocolate tones with sweet fruitiness and spices with touch of fresh ground nutmeg, hint of allspice and barest whisper of tellicherry peppercorns.
